You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without having to justify it.
The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 calendar days from the date of signing of the contract.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us at:

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, the communication on your decision to exercise this right must be sent before the deadline expires.
Consequences of the Withdrawal
Should you decide to withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received without undue delay and, in any case, not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. We shall proceed to make the reimbursement using the same payment method used during the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise; in any case, there shall not be any expense for you as a result of the reimbursement. If you have requested that the start of the service provision occur during the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay an amount proportional to the part of the service already rendered at the moment you communicate your decision to withdraw, in relation to the scope of the contract.
The right of withdrawal shall not be applicable to those contracts involving:
The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when its performance has started, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the consumer's recognition that he or she is aware that, once the service has been fully performed by the trader, he or she will have lost the right of withdrawal.
Services associated with leisure activities, if the contracts stipulate a specific performance date.
The provision of services is subject basically to a 14-day right of withdrawal period ("cooling-off period"). However, the consumer shall lose his or her right of withdrawal when the following requirements are met:
The service has been fully performed in accordance with the prior express consent of the consumer.
The consumer recognizes that he or she is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the trader, he or she will have lost the right of withdrawal.
