Barcelona Zoo

Barcelona zoo  is located next to the biggest park in Barcelona’s old quarter. The zoo’s facilities faithfully reproduce the animal’s natural habitats.

The zoo is home to 4,000 animals from over 400 species, including the descendants of the albino gorilla Snowflake, dolphins, tropical birds and reptiles. 

Barcelona Zoo offers a whole host of activities and services that make it the perfect day out for all the family: restaurants, bars, pony rides, miniature railway, electric cars, shop, picnic areas. Extensive selection of native flora.

• 1 January to 26 March: 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
• 27 March to 15 May: 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
• 16 May to 15 September: 10.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
• 16 September to 29 October: 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
• 30 October to 31 December*: 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
• October 30th to December 31st*: 10am - 5pm.

* 25 December: open until 2.00 p.m.
